An English Garden
June 8, 9, 10, 2018
An a cappella program of treasures from the English choral tradition, ranging from the Renaissance to the 21st century. The featured works are Mass for Five Voices by Renaissance master William Byrd and a classic of the 20th-century repertoire, Herbert Howells’ Requiem. We round out the program with a set of madrigals and additional sacred and secular gems from several eras.
